The whole process of explaining the features, survey of property and proposal was transparent. All appointments were attended on time and installation was smooth with detailed explanation of how to use the system. Security expoert Enzo Mussachio made it all look so easy. Great work and amazing product. Using it for more then a month by now and all I can say is that it is working like a charm (real peace of mind)
I just bought tjis property and we were told with some of the homeowners that just be careful around Having the security alarm makes us feel secure even when we are not around.
Fantastic service from the local team at the Epsom office. My new system was installed within a couple of days. The Installation and handover was seamless and I have already had a 10 day follow-up check with Installation of additional items which was very helpful. The app is extremely easy to use and overall I am very impressed with very sure to date. Highly recommended!
My alarm was fitted by a lovely gentleman by the name of Les Dewdney he was very patient with me explained everything nothing was too much trouble and any mess he made he cleared up. Made me feel that I would be a lot safer in my home and reassured me that if there was any problems that they were more than happy to sort things out for me.
Was tailgated by one of their drivers at speed while I was training students on motorcycles. He then overtook me and forced himself between me and my students when he almost hit oncoming traffic, this nearly wiped me off the road. He then forced my student off the road (pictured) and then when we pulled over to avoid his reckless and life threatening behaviour, he swerved towards me missing my by inches (video footage sent to Police) when I reported this over the phone I was palmed off and asked my address so they could locate my account?! Horrific experience which I will be pursuing with the police.
