User Reviews
Based on the recurring patterns in the feedback, Behesht Restaurant is mainly known for three core features: very generous portion sizes and strong value for money, the flavour of its kebabs and saffron rice served with freshly baked bread, and its traditional décor with a warm Iranian atmosphere. Many reviewers repeatedly mention the juiciness of the koobideh and chicken, the buttery and aromatic rice, the freshness of the bread and the well-seasoned starters such as hummus and kashk-e bademjan. A large number of customers also highlight the nostalgic feel created by the detailed traditional décor as one of the main attractions of the restaurant.
Alongside these positive impressions, a significant number of users point to weaknesses in the service. Recurrent comments include excessive crowding, long waits to be seated or to receive food, mistakes in orders and, in several cases, unfriendly behaviour from some members of staff.
There are also a number of negative comments about the quality of some dishes, including meat described as bland or dry, some items being overly greasy, food arriving cold, and even concerns about hygiene or food poisoning in a few experiences. Overall, the picture that emerges is that Behesht is popular with many customers for its large portions, classic Iranian dishes and distinctive atmosphere, but at the same time inconsistent service, poor handling of busy periods and fluctuations in food quality mean that the experience is not always uniform or predictable for everyone.
